An examination of the traditional structures of management and organizational theory as they meet a changing technology, a changing work force, changing job structures, and changing market demands. Within the study of human resources, organizational and management issues are examined in the context of whether the theories of organization and management that have served us productively in the past will have a significant meaning for effective human resource (HR) management.
