HM 361 - Managed Services

This course introduces students to the various segments in the management services industry. These segments include hospital and health care facilities, education (college/university, K–12), sports, entertainment, destinations and cultural attractions, and business and government. Particular focus is given to managed services in the sports, leisure, and entertainment sectors. The various services provided such as traditional food service, housekeeping, and environmental services are discussed. 3 semester hours
