This course introduces students to the limits and opportunities legal and ethical considerations present to leaders and practitioners in the government and non-government sectors. Major elements of constitutional, statutory, and administrative law at the national and state levels will be examined. Ethical practices will be examined through cases and the development of a model for ethical decision-making.
