This course includes comprehensive approaches for conducting nutrition assessment of individuals and populations throughout the lifecycle and conducting physical examination and strength assessment for nutrition diagnoses. The course includes laboratory experiences for application of assessment and physical examination techniques. The course also includes supervised experiential learning activities and lectures.
