This course demonstrates the public relations (PR) process as an integrated communications management function. It integrates PR strategies, marketing approaches, and new media opportunities to learn how today’s practitioner implements an award-winning campaign and the research-driven, strategic choices that underscore success. Students gain theory-based knowledge to support effective campaign planning and execution. Case studies provide a contextual understanding of PR practices for various occasions.
