This course will focus on horizontal construction to include, soils, concrete and steel. Emphasizes comprehensive analysis of material with respect to design, specifications, construction methods, testing, and inspection. The material will be covered in both a lecture and a supporting laboratory. 3 hours lecture. 3 hours laboratory.
