CMGT 202 - Sustainable Design and Construction

The course develops awareness for the impact construction has on the environment. General sustainability principles such as the minimization of consumption and pollution, the maximization of recycling and renewable resources, and stewardship are addressed. Global sustainable measures are examined with a focus on U.S. Green Building guidelines and the application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) criteria.
