FIN 303 - Financial Management 3 Credit(s)
A fundamental introduction to the theory and practice of financial management in the business firm is offered, including financial planning and control, valuation and financial structure, cash flows, economic and financial optimization, cost of capital, capital budgeting decisions, short- and long-term financing, and valuation processes in mergers liquidation and reorganization. Prerequisite(s): ACCT 205 , MATH 119 and MIS 180 . Second semester sophomore and economics or finance majors or junior standing for all other majors.
