BUS 116 - Managing Your Finances 0.5 Credit(s)
Achieving career goals involves more than landing that first job. It goes hand in hand with reaching financial goals, and, ultimately, life goals. This module helps students manage their finances and make independent decisions that lead to financial and general well-being. The class takes a life cycle approach to financial planning, spanning from the start of the career to retirement. Students become better-informed financial consumers and better personal money managers. They learn that sound financial planning is a lifelong activity, and personal financial goals change throughout life. Prerequisite(s): BUS 111 , BUS 112 , BUS 113 , BUS 114 and BUS 115 . (BUS-115 can be taken as either a pre or co-requisite.)
