CMGT 260 - Construction Estimating and Scheduling

3 Credit(s)

An introduction to estimating and scheduling. Basic estimating theory includes conceptual, square foot, systems and unit price. Basic scheduling theory includes bar chart, network, and critical path method. Estimating and scheduling will be examined as integrated processes.
Prerequisite(s): CMGT 116  and CMGT 200  or CMGT 201
