BPI 670 - Innovating for Performance in a Digital World 3 Credit(s)
This course offers a capstone experience in the MS in business innovation (MSBI) program. A comprehensive and multifaceted individual project enables students to use and enhance the competencies developed in various courses in this program. Students apply business innovation knowledge, tools, and techniques to design a digital transformation initiative, leveraging business process management to enable a value-driven and data-based approach to deliver major value to an organization. Students explore the latest thinking and practice experience in digital transformation, business process management, process and data analytics, project and change management, and more. They will discover how business processes serve as the basis for innovation within an organization, benefitting systematically from the opportunities of our digital world. This holistic approach empowers students to innovate through process-led digital transformation. Students acquire and develop skills needed to make improvements at all levels of the organization.
