NURS 330 - Medical/Surgical Nursing Interventions: Approaches to the Care of the Adult I 4 Credit(s)
This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of nursing practice. These concepts include actions basic to nursing care and healthy physiological and psychological responses. Students are provided the opportunity to develop nursing practice skills within the laboratory and clinical environments. Whole person health promotion is emphasized in the application of the nursing process and the clinical judgment model. 3 credits theory; 1 credit lab/clinical; 42 hours lab/clinical.
