Business process management centers on understanding the need to change the focus of organizations from functional silos to integrated end-to-end business processes in order to gain a competitive advantage. This concentration prepares students to lead organizations into greater efficiency by exploring the latest thinking in project management, modeling and analysis, data design, and more.
