Purpose
As businesses become more competitive, there is a need for effective leaders who can manage people, projects, and change.
The certificate in organizational leadership is designed to provide these skills. It is ideally suited for individuals who are interested in preparing for front-line management positions, but are not ready to pursue a master’s degree.
Transfer of Credit
Academic credit earned in this certificate program is fully transferable to the MBA program, so students can opt to pursue the MBA degree at a later date. Also, completion of the certificate program with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above may waive the GMAT for admission to the MBA program.
