The human resource (HR) specialization prepares students for careers in various areas of human resource management, including workforce planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits management, employee training and development, and labor relations. The effective management of people has become critical to business success, and companies of all types are looking for managers who can recruit, manage, and retain top talent. The courses in this specialization give students state of the art knowledge in talent management, human capital development, job design, and managing a diverse workforce.
