The accelerated second degree BSN option at Widener University at our Main Campus offers students the flexibility to complete a 15-month, full-time program. Classes, labs, and clinical experiences occur during the day, in the evening, and on weekends.
Students accepted into the accelerated second degree BSN option will receive a block credit for all general education/prerequisite courses. In addition, students must have completed Anatomy and Physiology I & II, Chemistry, Microbiology, Statistics and Nutrition. Students must earn a grade of “C” or higher in order for a course to be considered for transfer credit.
Anatomy and Physiology I and II courses must be successfully completed not more than 5 years prior to start of the program.
