This course is a study of the development of constitutional law relating to the rights of individuals and limitations on the power of government. The course examines the way in which precedents develop, focusing on the Bill of Rights and other relevant portions of the Constitution. Prerequisite(s): POLS 218 and junior standing or permission of instructor.
