Trends and uncertainties in the marketplace challenge organizations to implement strategies that ensure their survival and competitiveness. To accomplish this, companies must have the ability to manage change. This course introduces students to a variety of tools that are used in specific phases of the change process. Student teams use these tools to develop change management programs or effect successful change management projects within their organizations.
