The Robot Operating System (ROS) is a modularsoftware platform to develop generic robotic applications. In this course, the basic components of ROS, related robotics functionality, and practical application examples are covered. Course projects along with programming are offered to help students learn the basic concepts and applications of ROS. Experience in object-oriented programming is expected.
