ENGL 361 - British Literature: 1945 - Present 3 Credit(s)
This course examines British literature after World War II. Writers and texts are considered in light of the changing place of England in the world and the economic and social transformation of Britain. Authors studied include Beckett, Amis, Murdoch, Burgess, Winterson, and Ishiguro. Satisfies a humanities general education requirement for nonmajors.
