MATH 151 - Elementary Discrete Mathematics I 3 Credit(s)
This is an introductory approach to discrete mathematics. Topics include propositional logic and an introduction to first order logic, set theory, number theory, and relations. Various proof techniques, including induction, are taught and used throughout the course. Applications are stressed. Prerequisite(s): MATH 101 or at least Level 3 on the Mathematics Assessment.
