UAPS 215 - Legal Aspects of Supervision

3 Credit(s)

This course reviews the legal aspects of human relations in a work environment. Topics include legal issues related to the selection of personnel, staff evaluation, promotion, and discipline, and the terminology associated with legal issues in a work environment. A learning journal is required. Students may not receive credit for both UALH 220  and UAPS 215. 
Prerequisite(s): UAPS 210
