This course examines the role of the human resource professional in today’s complex organizations and approaches to locating, developing, and retaining a workforce aligned with strategic organization objectives. Students explore primary functions such as strategic recruitment; compensation and benefits; performance assessment; employee and labor relations; and training and development.
