Talent management represents the growing recognition of strategic human capital investments in organizations. Human resource leaders are asked to strategically develop a workforce in which employees possess the competencies required for organizational success. This course addresses the strategic focus on the integration of talent management and workforce development, diversity, career development, and succession planning. Students examine key components of talent management and approaches to developing and implementing talent management systems within organizations.
