UAPS 312 - Cross Cultural Leadership

This course examines the cross-cultural skills required to effectively work and lead across cultures in an ever-changing organizational environment. Students examine various frameworks related to culture and the impact of culture differences in the workplace. Topics include effective communication across cultures, negotiating across cultures, working in cross cultural teams, and comparative leadership styles. The importance of developing cultural competence in the workplace is also addressed.
