Continuous improvement, repeated innovation, and rapid technological advances make it necessary for today’s companies to successfully manage technology and organizational change. This course prepares students for this environment by familiarizing them with the various aspects of technological and organizational change, including the innovation funnel, technology S-curve, managing innovation and intellectual capital, obstacles and pitfalls of technology implementation, and how people within an organization are affected by and react to change.
