ASC 111 - Experience More! Summer Internship

This course – specifically designed and required for the Experience MORE! Summer Internship program – is 0 credits and is graded Pass/Fail. There is no class attendance required; however, students are expected to fulfill the duties and requirements of their internship as set forth in the Internship Site Contract coordinated by the Office of Career Design and Development. The internship is supervised by the site supervisor. Students will have regular check-ins with the college dean, including sharing reflections in writing and conversation. At the conclusion of the internship, ASC 111 students give a formal presentation at an event for all students in the summer cohort and selected faculty and staff. The final presentation is based on one of the following: a short reflection paper, a PowerPoint, or another artifact that demonstrates learning outcomes.
