NSCI 508 - Nutrition Research Seminar I 3 Credit(s)
This course focuses on developing the skills and knowledge needed to conduct nutrition/health research under the supervision of a faculty member who serves as the research advisor. Students write a research proposal. Based on the research proposal, students prepare and submit an Institutional Review Board (IRB) application for review and approval. The course includes supervised experiential learning activities and competency based-assessment of performance indicators. Prerequisite(s): NSCI 600
