FIN 496 - Finance Internship 3 Credit(s)
This course provides opportunities for students to integrate and apply concepts, theories, and practices studied in major coursework in a work setting. Students develop specific learning objectives related to projects with industry partners and prepare reports on these experiences with their academic and industry supervisors. They demonstrate their ability to solve business-related problems and make informed and technically appropriate decisions in addition to developing work habits, skills, and attitudes necessary for job success. Students must receive internship approval for academic credit prior to starting an internship. Prerequisite(s): FIN 303
