FIN 460 - Real Estate Finance and Investments 3 Credit(s)
This course will introduce students to the risks and rewards associated with financing and investing in residential and commercial real estate. Students will learn about the processes involved in scrutinizing, investing, and managing real estate assets. Students will also learn about real estate appraisal, consulting, managing portfolios of real estate assets, and the basic structures of real estate investment funds. The course aims to provide a financial perspective on the variety of opportunities and challenges of investing in the real estate sector. Prerequisite(s): FIN 303
