This interdisciplinary program will contribute to the employment opportunities of engineers, nurses, business students, and others by preparing them to lead with integrity and make well-reasoned ethical decisions. It will also provide a credential that can help distinguish them from students from other universities applying for the same positions, for there is increasing demand across a variety of industries for these skills.
