UCHM 148 - General Chemistry Lab II

This course provides the basic laboratory exercises in general chemistry correlated to the material in CHEM 146 or UCHM 146 . Fundamentals of measurement and quantitative aspects of chemistry are emphasized. The course includes basic concepts of physical chemistry, including colligative properties, kinetics, and equilibria, in addition to acid-based chemistry, coordination chemistry, and electrochemistry. The use of computers in data collection and analysis is emphasized.
