This course provides students with the knowledge and necessary tools to approach problem solving and innovation with confidence. Students learn about various innovation tools and techniques and study key practices, methodologies, and frameworks that are currently being used to create value in successful organizations.
The course covers popular innovation methodologies and frameworks, including Design Thinking, Scrum, Agile Methodologies, Scaled Agile, Lean, and Kanban. Students will appreciate the philosophy and ideas that drive these frameworks and learn how their impact can be maximized through a culture that values continuous innovation. The course provides students a platform to share experiences, discuss real world situations, and receive feedback that enables skill development.
