Total Credits: 37 (560 Clinical Hours)


Note. This is a projected plan of study and subject to change based on course and student availability. 37 credits of coursework and 560 clinical hours plus NURS 889 DNP Project Advisement as needed. Continuous enrollment in each semester (fall, spring, summer) until DNP Project completion.

*A total of 1,000 clinical hours are required for the DNP degree. Post-MSN DNP/HSL students are not required to complete clinical hours associated with the HSL specialization courses (NURS 751, NUS 753). However, a gap analysis will be conducted for each Post-MSN DNP/HSL student, and a student may need to complete additional clinical hours in the HSL specialization courses (150-167 hours and 3cr each) to total 1,000 hours.
