This program requires admission to both CHSS and Widener’s College of Arts and Sciences. The interdisciplinary program provides students with a master of education (MEd) in Human Sexuality Studies and a master of public administration (MPA). CHSS students pursuing this program complete core courses in the MPA program designed to enhance leadership skills while building an improved understanding of the modern policy environment and the dynamics of public and nonprofit organization workplaces. Students may select elective coursework that focuses on public policy or nonprofit management topics that fit at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and organizational leadership in the sexuality sector or related areas. The MPA/MEd program takes 2 years to complete full-time or 4 years to complete part-time. MPA courses are offered via a live online format.
