The ETM program offers engineers and other professionals, who are mid-level managers of technology enterprises and are aspiring to advance their careers, a balanced curriculum covering technical topics, and the principles and tools of management and decision making in today’s businesses. Electives and clusters in business process innovation, data analytics, organizational leadership, business fundamentals, innovation in organizations, and diversity, equity and inclusion are offered. Contact the Graduate Programs Director for details on how to earn a certificate in one of these clusters in addition to the Master’s degree. This program is not part of the dual MSE/MBA program.
